I often notice that there is an internal dialogue going on in my mind. During those strange times the dialogue tends to get longer and sometimes even too complex. This piece is about that - some thoughts stay longer in your mind, some disappear as quickly as they come, some are worth keeping and some are so disgusting or negative that you want to throw them away immediately. During my second lockdown I am still working with my internal dialogue to be somewhat bearable as the situation in the world often feels unbearable.
